It is necessary and necessary to adopt multistage separation and filtration device in compressed air system or to pretreat compressed air into dry gas with certain relative humidity.
4) Oil - During the high-speed and high-temperature operation of the air compressor, the lubricating oil can play the role of lubrication, sealing and cooling, and also pollute the compressed air. The oil in the air compressor system has undergone many high-temperature oxidation and condensation emulsification, and its performance has been greatly reduced, and it is acidic, which not only fails to lubricate the subsequent equipment, but will destroy normal lubrication. The selection of high-quality oil removal filter plays an important role in removing the oil and gas impurities in the compressed air and providing clean gas.

The pollutants in compressed air are very harmful, mainly as follows:
