04, the correct way to use
External filter bag installation method
The bag mouth and porous plate are reliably sealed and fixed.
The filter bag is suspended vertically under the porous plate;

Internal filter type filter bag installation
The upper end of the filter bag is equipped with a bag cap and is suspended on the cross beam of the dust collector by a hanging device, and the lower end is reliably sealed and fixed with the lower bag.
The tension of the filter bag should be adjusted to reach the specified value, so that the filter bag is not loose and falling off during filtration and backflowing and adjusted once again after the first week and the first month of use.
The accessories in the filter bag (anti-dented ring) fit correctly, and all accessories should not be burr or broken.
Reliable and effective ash removal
In the use of the filter bag, the dust area gradually increases, and the pressure difference rises, and the dust should be effectively cleaned and isolated to keep the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag within the set range.
Prevent sudden abnormal situations
When the bag dust collector is running, it should prevent sudden abnormal situations, such as a sudden rise in gas temperature, or corrosive gas entry, or a sudden drop in gas temperature below the dew point, etc., by temperature, humidity, chemical corrosion, mechanical wear or impact and other factors exceeding the endurance of the filter bag.
