3. The filter should be installed in the pipeline system in series, in order to ensure the uninterrupted power supply of the system during shutdown maintenance, it is proposed to add bypass to the system, and the filter import and export trade and bypass should be disconnected gate valves. In areas where backflow is likely to occur, check valves should be installed at filter inlet and outlet.
4. Pay attention to the temperature of the backwash filter flowing through the selection shall not exceed its applicable ambient temperature.
5. The installation site has three-phase 380V power frequency AC (three-phase four-wire system). The sewage pipe shall not exceed 5 meters to prevent back pressure.
6. Dc system pay attention to filtration efficiency, preparatory treatment, working pressure matters, intermittent system pay attention to careful use of timely control type.
7. Choose the right backwash filter to install the natural environment, pay attention to moisture, waterproof, waterproof.
Note: The backwash system stops running for a long time or stops running periodically. Before the system stops running, add an appropriate amount of desulfurizer into the water and develop water-filled maintenance measures to reduce erosion and maintain the system.
